Terms of Service.

Governing the use of One Pulse Technologies software platforms, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise agreements.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or onboarding to any software product developed by One Pulse Technologies (including A-Pulse, B-Pulse, and G-Pulse), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Data Privacy Policy.

2. Proprietary Rights & Software Intellectual Property

All software architecture, source code, design systems, algorithms, APIs, and product trademarks remain the exclusive intellectual property of One Pulse Technologies.

3. Client Ownership of Operational Data

Clients retain 100% full, unencumbered ownership of their organizational data, records, documents, and laboratory audit outputs.

4. Service Availability & Enterprise SLA

We target a 99.9% uptime for cloud-hosted product environments, supported by automated failover mechanisms and continuous security monitoring.
